Steel skeleton, the heart and soul of the staircase is its welded- tube steel structure. C&C milled and polished acrylic (Lucite, Plexiglass)
Indoor/Outdoor Component features – able to withstand saltwater environment, corrosion and other associated damages.
Outside Handrail Cap (separate aluminum assembly) welded, polished, painted.
Acrylic handrail flush with bottom of the staircase. Natural illumination from handrail and stimuli.
Traditional Glass Manufacturers use aluminum shoe that continuously runs, making for an expedient albeit lower in quality product. Joe’s process is one of a kind

Originally the size of the staircase was about 25% reduced in scale. Zig-Zag shape for a staircase would be unique, never seen before. Ergonomically not as good as a normal staircase, the challenge was circumventing this – the mechanics of staircase)
